iphone 8 software update, restore and downloading issue

Hi there,

I bought a new iPhone 8 - iOS 11.2.5

All built-in Apple apps stuck on downloading/waiting, but any other app is fine with downloading

Also, the software update does not appear for me, and when I tried to check to update the version iOS 11.2.5 it says "Unable to check for software update". I tried again to update it on iTunes, and it says "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone. The network connection could not be established."

Please note that I searched online and tried all posted solutions, but the problem still in my iPhone

Please help

Hey Fawaz Alruwaili,

If I understand correctly, you are not able to update the iPhone because there was a connection issue, and not being able to establish a connection. I would recommend you read this article, it has steps that may help since you cannot contact the update server.

If iTunes can't contact the software update server for iPhone, iPad, or iPod
