Itunes keeps crashing

Hi

Not had a problem like this before, i have the latest version of itunes, windows is updated, but every time i go into my 'purchased' section of my account it crashes and creates a 'dump'. Its happened 10 times and im getting a bit narked !!....;)

Any help from anyone, oh i've checked virus stuff as well.

iPod touch, Windows 10

I am running 12.7.3.46 of the Windows 10 iTunes App and it keeps crashing mid-track.


have done the re-install but still, it's crashing.


I pay for the iTunes Match service so I can enjoy my music where I like and this driving me crazy.


I should no be happening. I have no music on my PC it all on the iTunes Match service.

I got some help from Microsoft who responded right away unlike Apple who still haven’t said anything to me on the subject. The Microsoft tec guy updated my motherboard graphics driver. The result so far is that the app has stopped crashing. It did crash once however. I was downloading a large amount of data at the time. I was also streaming my music from the apple cloud at the same time.
