Not had a problem like this before, i have the latest version of itunes, windows is updated, but every time i go into my 'purchased' section of my account it crashes and creates a 'dump'. Its happened 10 times and im getting a bit narked !!....;)
Any help from anyone, oh i've checked virus stuff as well.

You should Contact - Official Apple Support at this point.
I am running 12.7.3.46 of the Windows 10 iTunes App and it keeps crashing mid-track.
have done the re-install but still, it's crashing.
I pay for the iTunes Match service so I can enjoy my music where I like and this driving me crazy.
I should no be happening. I have no music on my PC it all on the iTunes Match service.
Well in my personal case i have the latest nvidia driver always, the thing not only keeps crashing but Apple Music is not loading from time to time, the software is a mess hope they improve it for iTunes 13 but i doubt it.
You are talking about GPU's at the end of the day anyways...
My MOBO GPU is disabled.
Good that your issue was solved personally i don't believe it is GPU related but it doesn't matter anymore i guess iTunes 13 is almost here.
Sorry if I sounded abrupt. It certainly look like that when I reread it. Yea it’s unlikely but the tec guy from Microsoft said he read something on the apple development forums about it being an issue.

I've uninstalled all apple software from my computer and reinstalled iTunes and it still crashes when I try to access my hidden purchases
Same here only rest to wait for iTunes 13 i guess...
If read what I said you would see I did not say anything about the gpu driver. It’s was the graphic driven for your motherboard. Mine are intel graphic drivers.

No problem, btw things are fine for me now under iTunes 12.9.
IOS 12 issues that's a different story....
I got some help from Microsoft who responded right away unlike Apple who still haven’t said anything to me on the subject. The Microsoft tec guy updated my motherboard graphics driver. The result so far is that the app has stopped crashing. It did crash once however. I was downloading a large amount of data at the time. I was also streaming my music from the apple cloud at the same time.
