after updated to IOS 11.4.1 my iphon 6s is not connecting with wifi... it connects for a min and drops off and i have to connect again.. plz need help thanks

From what I’ve read and previously experienced you could try “Forget this Network” under your WiFi Settings then reconnect again, “Resetting Network Settings”, reboot both your iPhone and your Router and last try the other wireless section if dual band.
With respect to the bands, if you usually use 5Ghz then try 2.4Ghz, but also try turning 5Ghz completely off as well, in others words you turn a dual band into a one band unit.
ps. It appears the latest iOS 11.4.1 has introduced this issue for some and will probably require Apple to fix in a future update, so above are just temporary “work around”.
Something strange happened, I had a carrier update but after updating the version is still the same. Wifi feels a bit better and wifi calling seems to work. Don’t know if this is permanent.
Yea, an option to downgrade would have been nice till they figured out what went wrong.
My joys were short lived as the problem seems to continue.

Hello, I have an iPhone 6, a few days ago updated my software to IOS 11.4.1, and since the. I noticed the same with the WiFi connection on the phone. I have disconnected and rejoined my network, rebooted the phone = no change. Other devices in the home are working fine on WiFi network, apart from my phone!
Hope someone at Apple send out another update soon to fix this.
Hi. I'm sheepishly writing here again for the fear of being the boy who cried wolf. I found another "fix" from a comment on a news site and (so far) it actually seems to be working, it goes as follows-
.
1 Go to airplane mode and turn it on,
2 reboot the phone,
3 once rebooted make sure Airplane mode is off.
4 Reconnect to wifi.
5 Settings/ Privacy/ location services/ System services/ wifi networking & turn it off.
6 Now reboot the phone.
7 When the phone is rebooted, repeat step 5 but this time turn on “wifi networking”.
Give it a try and let me know the results.

Sorry to jump in but its safe to say this issue is widespread and not bound to just Virgin. I have the wifi issues on multiple networks including the one at the apple store. Apple has issued a replacement, I hope this ends the issue.
Apple transferred a comment, this bug seems to carry through on unreleased iOS software as well.
