I am attempting to purchase a new MacBook Pro online, and would like to customize it (32gb ram, larger ssd) however I can find no customization options whatsoever, and no matter what I search on google I cannot find any mention of this problem or any link to the page of the Apple store where customization is possible. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Go to Buy MacBook Pro - Apple and then click the "Select" button for the model that is the closest to the specs that you want. The next step will have the customization options.

Click on "Select" then you will see the options. Only the 15" is upgradeable to 32 GB RAM.
