When using Mac Mail on my MacBook Pro I get the spinning wheel and can't get out unless I force quit and start over. Usually happens when I have google open too.

What does that mean—have google open? Do mean when you have a browser open and you are trying to use google search?

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

CleanMyMac3
MacKeeper
Use the official uninstaller for those apps. Go to their website support if in doubt.
Both these apps are known to slow your Mac down, and beachball is the result.
Yes when I have Google Chrome open with Safari. I have done the safe boot before and not much was found wrong at that time. Here is the report after running the interface software:

I didn't have anything in these two apps so I couldn't uninstall them but I did move them to trash. Will that work? Is there anything else I need to remove?
Moving those apps to trash will not work to uninstall them. Go to the respective app sites to look for uninstall instructions.
