My iPad is currently on on 9.3.4 (13G35). Software updates are asking me ton install 10.2.1 but it won’t. It says ‘
unable to verify update because you are no longer connected to the internet”. But the internet connection is fine. I have checked and i have enough storage. one or two websites aren’t running properly so I would like to get it updated and fixed. Any help much appreciated. B

It's no longer possible to install that version. Open Settings, General, and Manage Storage, delete it, and check for updates again; you should be shown 10.3.3 or 11.4.1.
You may need to remove the beta profile from the iPad.
