Not much information to go on, so I am going to make a few assumptions. One is that you are using the macOS Mail app; second that you want to send the sender's contact email to the Contacts app on your MacBook Air.

If both assumptions are correct, then just option-click on the sender in the email message, and then, choose the "Add to Contacts" option from the pop-up menu.
