I have some problems with a USB 3.0 HDD docking sation from RaidSonic (ICY BOX IB-120StU3-Wh).
The support told me to reinstall the USB driver (guess he means the driver provided by Apple, the device doesn't need a extra driver) - how could that be done?!

Try running the combo update. It installs all previous updates plus the new one, which can replace any files that may have become corrupted.
What support were you talking to? As far as I know, there is no USB driver that needs to be installed for the OS. You might call support back and get a clarification of what they meant.
They really mean I should reinstall the Apple USB drivers. That's new for me =) And no idea how to do that.
