How to stop receiving emails to me?

Too disturbing from the Support team effort to kept on sending out emails to everyone and I would like to have them removed please and don’t send me any more emails from the Apple support community... How about teaching me how to avoid this issue with my experiences

Tap your name then go to Preferences and deselect the options you no longer require.

Check the rectangle on top-right-hand of each community.

If it says "following" click on it (it will be transformed to "follow", and you won't receive mail messages from that Apple Support Community anylonger).
