Is there a way to stop auto uploading of photos to icloud when connected to wifi?

Whenever I am connected to wifi all the photos and videos start uploading to icloud and there doesnt seem an option to turn it off.

And there isnt any option in ios that says “My photo steam” if that coud help with this.
