Clear cookies after 'quit safari'

I have a site written on Angular.

After clicking on the icon with a cross the browser closes, but the cookies are not deleted! It's good...

After clicking on 'Safari' => 'Quit Safari' cookies on the site are deleted !!! it's not good for me =)

Safari cookie list will not load I'm trying to delete cookies in Safari 10.13.6 When I select Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data a window opens but never populates. I've waited for 10-15 minutes with no success. This same issue was posted by another user with the Safari version of 10.0.1. The response said to go to the Develop menu and empty the cache a few time. I tried that a few times but the issue still exist. Any other ways to make the list populate?

Safari is not written to automatically clear cookies, history, and caches on exit. If one chooses Safari : Clear History… : all history, and click the Clear History button, then history and cookies will be removed (as observed in Safari 11.1.2).

Are you using a Private Window when this happens? If so, that is normal.
