Safari color is pink. Change it?

Safari bar is pink. I prefer almost any other color. Have not yet discovered how to change the color of Safari page menu bar.

Appearance settings for Safari 15 menu bar CORRECTION TO THE POST BELOW: The issue is NOT Dark Mode on Safari 15, but is instead the menu bar at the top of the app window mimicking whatever color is at the top of the web page. Tool bar in Safari is suddenly pink All of a sudden the toolbar in safari has a pink background. I can't find any where in the Safari preferences about color of toolbar!

sure--maybe I can help you, Scudding. Should be under system preferences, General, under Highlight color
