Fingerprint not working

i did the press and hold on the lock button until I got to the shut down, then I press and held the home button until I got back to the home screen and now my finger print says i cant put one in, and every time I turn my phone back on from shutting it down, it tells me I’m unable to activate Touch ID, and it deleted all my fingerprints. Is there anything I can do without taking it to an Apple Store?
