was hacked, computer slow, printer not working right

I have a MacBook Pro. Mac iOS "something"

Computer function extremely slowly; HP 8600 printer not functioning properly; have been hacked 3 times in last 30 days.

Have been to the Cherry Creek APPLE store 7/24 and 7/25. After the first visit I came home to contact APPLE care but got the words mixed up and googled Applesupport.com. I was subsequently hacked by very clever and legal sounding hackers. Please: I need your help.😕

If you allowed anyone access to your computer remotely, you will need to change all of your passwords, usernames, contact your financial institutions to cancel your credit/debit cards, etc. Once you've done all of that, then you will need to either get out your original install DVDs or go to internet recovery and wipe your entire drive and then reinstall the OS. I can't get more specific than that since you did not post which Mac OS version you are running or which model/year your device is. FWIW, you are NOT running any version of iOS on a computer - it is Mac OS.

And, you weren't "hacked" - you fell prey to some scammers who took advantage and probably charged you money. If they did, tell your bank to reverse the charges because there is suspected fraud.
