I just got a new iphone and I can’t transfer my messages from the old phone to the new phone , can someone help me

Back up the old phone, then restore the backup to the new one. Messages are included in the backup.

Disable Messages in iCloud on the new iPhone, let it chill out for a while, then re-enable it.
