Facebook video chat

Hi,
I cannot use facebook video chat on my Macbook pro 2017, because video and sound lag is impossible...There is one more macbook pro 2017 and a windows laptop which work fine with the same wifi. It does not lag on my iphone as well.
How can I solve this issue?

Youtube App on iPhone and iPad runs very slow. Youtube App on iPhone and iPad runs very slow. Video buffers a lot. My broadband connection is very reliable 100 mbps. Same videos run very smoothly with the same resolution and on the same connection while opening them on safari . Even on my other devices YouTube runs like a butter. So definitely the issues are with the YouTube App on app store. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
