Apple Watch re-setup unresponsive at wrist selection
I have an iPhone 6s paired to a series 3 apple watch(non-cellular). I had the iPhone on the IOS 12 public beta but as I was having issues with the battery draining quite quickly I decided to downgrade from IOS 12 beta back to IOS 11. I connected my iPhone to my Mac and put it in restore mode and then 'updated' it to the latest publicly available software. After it downloaded the latest version of IOS 11 and successfully 'updated' my phone I thought that was job done.
However I then almost immediately noticed that my phone and watch were disconnected from one another despite being quite close. I tried hard restarting both of them and I could get my phone to say it was 'connected' in the bluetooth menu in my iPhone's setting however whenever I launched the watch app it presented the setup screen asking me to setup an Apple Watch if I had one.
So I reset my Apple Watch, I went into settings on my watch and selected 'erase all content and settings' after all that I tried to re-setup my Apple Watch however when it was setting up after I had scanned the pairing animation and selected to pair it asked me to choose what wrist I normally wore a watch on I tried to press 'Left' but it was unresponsive and the setup would not continue I have tried restarting the process multiple times but can not seem to get past this step as the apple watch app will not let me select a wrist orientation.
