When I try downloading from the app store any app, I select it and then the button to download only keep spinning forever. No error displayed. No error messages. I try closing session and login again but the problem is still.

Here is a solution that worked, disabling auto update for apps in Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Automatic Downloads

I would recommend to sign out, and remove cache and website data from Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If the above does not work, try resetting your device in Settings > General and start with the All Settings (All Content & Settings will remove everything and you will have to reinstall like new or from backup)
