Apple ID gets my age wrong

Hello,

When I downloadedTestflight it said I must be older than 13 to use it. My Apple ID birth date is set to August 6th 2002 (15 by writing this post). I also can’t change my date of birth because Apple ID thinks I’m younger than 13. When I registered my Apple ID, everything was totally fine.

I don‘t have Family Sharing set up and I’m the only person in my family with an Apple device.

I also don’t have any payment methods set up on my account.

Can I do anything so Apple ID understands my real age?

Thanks,

Denis.
