Leaving an Apple Watch on the charger would not hurt it.

Leaving the watch on a properly functioning charger for two days would not damage it. There is no such thing as "overcharging" a modern lithium ion battery.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. Take both the Watch and the charger with you when you go.

Thanks. I tried troubleshooting and it's still not working. I tried force starting too but no luck. My watch overheated due to overcharge. Is it like watch died?
It is not possible to overcharge an Apple Watch (or any other Apple product, for that matter). You could leave it charging for a week or even a year and no harm would come to it, because all Apple products have protective circuits that turn off charging when the device reaches full charge. I don’t doubt your watch has a problem, but it is not due to overcharging.
i usually charge my apple watch at night. this morning after charging it worked for like 5 seconds then screen turned green. just vibratws when forced restarted and after ita battery went empty it wont start up anymore...
