Preview (macOS 10.13.6 ) keeps crashing

Hi all,

My Preview (macOS High Sierra 10.13.6) keeps crashing whenever I try to open any pdf file.

It asks to reopen the file, but keeps on crashing.

This started happening when I was adding a text to the pdf file and was trying to positioning it.

I have tried restarting and shutting down the device. Also there are no Preview files in "Preference" folder in Library.
