Would it be able to use Apple Watch 3(Cellular) in US which is purchased in Korea?

Hi, do you think it would be possible to use cellular service with Apple watch 3 in the US if it is bought in Korea?

I know that the model numbers are different but phones with different model numbers can be used in other countries. And I heard someone who bought in the US version watch was authorized with the cellular service in Korea. Do you think it would be possible vice versa?

The answer from @Nirmal201 is simply wrong, the watch is not compatible and US networks will refuse to accept a Korean model Apple Watch for cellular service. Please refer to the list of countries and carriers, with the regional model numbers supported by each cellular network. Apple Watch - Carriers - Apple.

You will see North America region uses model A1860/A1861 and Korea uses a different set of LTE bands with model A1889/A1891. A watch supplied in Korea is incompatible with USA bands. US networks will not be able to activate it. The most you could expect is that the watch will pair to your iPhone and would work like the non cellular versions of Apple Watch.

Yes ....you can use it but you have to change the location setting in your watch. I hope by changing location it will work.
