No 'subscribed calendars' under Accounts and Passwords

I have some random calendars on my phone.

These are all listed under 'outlook' when I look at them on the calendars app.

I have seen how to delete these by going onto 'accounts and passwords' but I have no option to look at subscribed calendars, just my email accounts.

How do I go about deleting them?
