MacBook Pro 2018 SSD Speed

Hello there.

I just bought a 2018 MacBook Pro 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7 version with 512 Gb SSD.

While running Blackmagic Disk Speed Test I noticed that my WRITE speed is about 1700 Mb/s, while READ speed is around 2600 Mb/s. On the other hand, I saw on Youtube that 2018 MacBooks have around the same speed of WRITE and READ (about 2500 Mb/s).

Can please somebody check it? Or is it just 1Tb versions?

You should close any foreground and background apps when running the test, it might alter the results.

Yes, I did exactly that and also tested it on different file sizes. And after rebooting as well.
