My mail on iPhone is stuck on welcome screen.

Stuck here. enter username and PW and says the account already exists. Can go no further or iPhone 8. Works fine on iPad. How do I reset?

If you go to Settings/Accounts & Passwords, does the account show there? Can you delete it and set it up again?
