New iMac very slow to launch apps and slow to start up after restart?

Hi all, I'm having issue with iMac and wanted to check here before the stress of getting my iMac to a local Genius Bar

I bought it new just before xmas last year. Since then, it has been very slow to launch apps and very slow when restarting. I'm aware the fusion drive adds some time to the app launch but compared to a relatively similar machine at work, the difference is well over 15-20 seconds. I thought maybe it was just some birthing issues and was hoping it would speed up after more use but it hasn't. Following advice from similar questions, I've run a scan for malware (I used Intego, which it successfully detected, deleted and restarted computer with no traces found since*). But there was no difference. I also ran a scan with Etrecheck, which I have included below - there seems to be some issues being flagged

Is there anything below that might be the issue or should I just do a fresh install on the HDD?

*(I know running the malware detector will slow things down a bit but this problem existed before the installation and I'm just being cautious till I figure out the issue)
