iPhone 6s plus screen popping out lower right corner. Is it repairable or should I have the screen replaced with a new one?

It seems to be worsening but I cannot tell for sure. When I click the home button and some parts of the screen theres a clicking sound, however my phone is still fully functional.

Take it to an Apple store and they will know what to do to fix it.

Is the phone bent, which is causing the screen to the screen popping out? If not, Apple may be able to just reglue it. If not you would have to pay for a screen replacement. If the phone is bent you would have to pay a discounted replacement price. See: iPhone Service Answer Center - Apple Support for details.
