Starbucks app not showing up on Location list

Hello all: many thanks for any help in advance. My starbucks app is not showing up on Location Services under - Settings->Privacy->Location Services. I have Location Services - ON and underneath are the apps which use Location services with my selections of "while using", "never" etc. Starbucks app will not show up, I have uninstalled it multiple times, hard re-booted the iPhone. I called Starbucks customer service and they told me they can't help me and go to Apple or my service carrier 😟. Starbucks customer service did inform me the Starbucks app is unusable until I turn Location Service ON for it.

This happened recently as I have been using Starbucks app for a long time on my iPhone/Wallet. None of those work any more.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
