The question is that I am going to purchase Apple watch 3 with bad esn (financed).
So in my area cdma is not supported and there is no need in making calls..
Would I be able to activate the watch? (camera, imessage, connection to the phone)?
Does this mean that I would have all the functions except for making calls(camera, imessage, connection to the phone)??

What does CDMA have to do with anything? The Apple Watch 3 GPS+Cellular doesn't use CDMA.
I would be very careful buying that Watch, it may also be listed as stolen and it is highly likely it will be Activation Locked.
