What ports are REQUIRED to be open for incoming facetime traffic?

this article mentions ports that may be in use for Facetime:

But it doesn't clarify which of these ports are required to be open to the outside world. My router allows all outgoing traffic. My firewall only filters unrequested connection attempts from outside.

I would like to open the minimum number of ports if it is required at all.
