phone and software were reset, how do I get apps back
Due to phone behaving badly, and diagnostics that did not show a hardware issue, they reset the software/phone. How do I get the phone to add back all of my apps?

Restore from your backup from iCloud/iTunes
Or
Re-download the apps from the App Store under purchased
