Shazam doesn't recognize songs

Shazam on Apple Watch doesn't recognize songs online or offline.

After installing and re-installing the app.

Have also tried a reset of of my Apple Watch Series 2 Nike +.

Have reinstalled Watch OS too.

Would like to know if there is any fix to this and if anyone else has/had a problem ?

This is the image where I get stuck and nothing else happens:

Apple Watch Series 2, watchOS 4.3.2, null

If you already reinstalled the app & restored the watch, it can't be a problem with watchOS.
