Extreme UI Lag MacBook Pro 2017 15" 10.13.6

Hello, I experiencing quite a lag on in-built display on my mac, I'm not even talking about iTunes UI lag (btw there is no lag in iTunes on my MBP 13 inch 2015 basemodel 10.13.6, *** apple?). That's about insane C4D f-curve lag, Notion 6 with 4+ , Logic Pro X zooming in notation mode, FCPX resizing, Resolume Arena 6 scrolling lag.

The most interesting thing in this weird lag on $3k machine is that there is no lag in windows on same mac, or if I launch apps via Wine.

Also, THERE IS NO **** LAG WHEN I LAUNCH APPS ON EXTERNAL DISPLAY (***?!)

Resolution doesn't matter, tried both on 4k, and FullHD display.

Launch in low resolution option helps to get rid of lag a little, but not much.

Did someone found any fix to this, I have checked my friends macs for this and they also had this lag (even trashcan Mac Pro), as I on both of my macs.

Fixes that don't work: clean installation, smc/pram crap, using outdated OS versions (Sierra for my MBP, but I noticed that on older machines there is no lag on Mountain Lion at all ⚠).

P.S Btw you can test it yourself, just download Steam and try using in-built web browser.

P.P.S Also, touchbar sometimes go black if some app will hang, GREAT APPLE, well done apple!

Not in my case, bottom bar with MacBook Pro sign has cracked, some small debris got in my mac but I haven't noticed this and closed the lid, works as it did (I work at music live events so its hard to notice with strobing lights and insanely loud music).

But this doesn't matter since it is fully software issue, as it appears on my and my friends older machines. I have seen this problem in person on MB 13" 2009, MBP 15" 2011, iTrashcan 2014, iMac 5k 2017, MBP 15" 2016 and my MBP 13" 2015, MBP 15" 2017.

If I got it right macOS limits GPU resources for UI draw, strange thing it doesn't care about resolution if it's internal display, so I can have nicely running Logic Pro X on 2-core i5 with integrated GPU MBP in notation mode, while 4-core i7 with dedicated GPU can't handle it with consistent framerates. Until I switch to external display, on 1080p they both work pretty identically in this case. This is stupid and frustrating. *****
