Hi,
I am unable to delete customized ringtones from my iPhone 8.
They are not even visible on iTunes when synced to the PC.
I am using the latest version of iTunes as well as the iOS.
I have tried checking and un-checking the manual manage media option as well. This helped me delete the tones from iTunes but not form my i Phone. What do I do?

Have you tried the procedure (follow it closely) in the "Use iTunes to delete custom tones that you manually added to your iOS device" section of:
Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Make sure you are looking at the Tones folder under Devices.
