🤝 < Why doesn’t the handshake Emoji turn dark skin?

< why is this one of the only Emoji thats colour can’t be changed? Is Apple insinuating black people cannot work together? I have the most current IOS and have only just noticed this weird issue! Please resolve it as soon as possible
