How do I block emails from someone who I have them blocked in contacts and their emails still keep coming thru?

The same way that you would handle any junk mail, block the sender with your email program. If this is mail that you get on a computer, use the web access for the account to set a rule to block that particular email sender. There is no blocking available in the Mail app on an iOS device.

I understand you are on your iPhone. You cannot block emails from a contact on an iPhone. You have to do it at the email server end. The only blocking you can do on an iPhone is to block phone numbers and messages, i.e. SMS/iMessages.

The blocking function on the phone only blocks calls and texts. It has no connection with email.
