Can you help? Late 2011 Macbook Pro has started randomly restarting or shutting down

Hi there! Just wondering if anyone can help. I've got a late 2011 Mac book pro which I use continually for work, which has randomly started restarting. Adobe Illustrator has also starting hanging a lot lately (CS 5 Suite). I'm running OSX Yosemite 10.10.5. I have a QNAP NAS connected via ethernet.

Any help would be really appreciated.
