Hello!
Some time ago I pre-ordered app from app store called "Pocket City", witch is released already(i checked on my friends iphone, it shows up as released there, he has the same region as I do).
So while it is released i stll can't download it, it shows up as greyed "Pre-ordered".
What can I do to fix this?

Yeah, it is paid.
I think i figured out. What i did is I searched my mail for receipt for the game purchase, witch i did not find, but found an email from Apple saing that app is available to download and i need to click to link provided in the email, witch redirected me to the Apple store(not app store), then charged me for 1euro(immediately refunding it after), and downloaded the game.
So yeah, kinda makes sense, but not obvious, at least to me.

If it's a paid-for app have you now paid for it, does it show on the account's purchase history ? Pre-orders are only paid for on release, not at the time of pre-ordering (iTunes can't charge for unreleased items).
