Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

When i open my iTunes store app, the first thing i am seeing is "Open the iTunes U App" and if i click on that button, what i am seeing is "CANNOT CONNECT TO ITUNES STORE". what can i do to fix this. I am using a iPhone 8 plus.

Even when I start looking for a song on the internet and I choose to get it in iTunes, I am getting a message like: "we've run into a problem. What can I do?

What country are you in ? Media (music, films etc.) isn't available from iTunes in all countries, if you are in one of those countries you will see the iTunes U screen in the iTunes Store app.


If you are in Kolwezi in the Democratic Republic of Congo then as far as I can see there isn't an iTunes Store there at all, in which case you won't be able to have an iTunes account and download any iTunes content (not until if/when Apple open an iTunes Store there).
