Visual Voicemail does not work on iPhone 8 Plus (Credo) Help!

Hi all,


I just joined Credo Mobile (which I love) and got a few iPhone 8 Plus in the process. I cannot get Visual Voicemail to work. I also do not even get a red notification if I have an voicemail. All I see is a tab that says "Call Voicemail". No way to know if I have an email, no way to view it as a text or individual entry on my phone without calling Voicemail. On my old iPhone SE, I saw all my emails right there - didn't have to call any voicemail number, didn't have to input a password. HELP!


I have checked with Credo to make sure Visual Voicemail is part of my plan, and they say it is.


Also, separate issue, but cannot update "Apple store" or "clips" in Updates either. Puzzling.

Sorry if you go to voicemail and see call voicemail that mean your phone isn't provisioned to use Visual Voicemail even though Credo says it part of your plan. Call them back and have them provision you. This has nothing to do with Apple or your apple device.
