Podcast Connect Login Error
I just started up a podcast and was trying to sign in to Podcast Connect to even try and get it approved. When I click on the Podcast Connect it just sends me back to a login screen for iTunes connect.

There have been a number of instances of this happening. Make sure you are logging in with the same ID with which you are logged in in iTunes, and that you have a payment method registered in iTunes (there is no charge for podcasts but it seems to help). Failing that you should attempt to contact Support, though there have cases of problems over that (it has been reported to Support). Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

I talked to someone on the phone for regular Apple support and they (after confirming with a supervisor) sent me to https://developer.apple.com/contact/#!/topic/select
I submitted a ticket under Membership and Account > Other Membership and Account Questions
I had the same problem and almost went crazy.
I solved the problem by logging in to all apple related apps on my macbook with the same account. (App store and itunes).
I had to put in a credit card to the app store to do anything of this.
Then when logging in to itunesconnect.apple.com I was finlly getting to the Accept terms and conditions page. I did so but got looped back to the log in page. I logged in and accepted the terms again and then like a seeing a shooting star in the sky, I was logged into iTunes Connect!

You could try going to Contact Apple Support - don't present this as a podcasting problem, that's not their area, but as a problem in logging into the web page.
This is a fault condition which is affecting a lot of people. Apple are aware of it and are investigating. See also:

Unfortunately, when I go to iTunes Connect Resources and Help and click Contact Us, it redirects me back to the iTunes Connect page that the Podcasts Connect login redirects me to. I've done all the steps outlined in all the other posts (make sure I'm logged in and authorized in iTunes Desktop with a valid credit card in the account). Do you know of any alternate means of contact for the Podcasts Connect team?

Then the advice to click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen just takes us to "ITunes Connect" log in page where we can't log in...and please note it leads to "ITunes Connect" and not "Podcast Connect".
Do you have any other suggestions? There is this ongoing problem where we are all stuck in a "log in loop", regardless of method tried.

I have tried every single troubleshooting step i have saw from all of the post on this topic and none work for me. I also cannot get to the contact us screen for podcast as it puts me through the same loop as trying to log in. Any help anyone can provide would be much appreciated as I feel like I am beyond stuck.
Apple has no idea. just spent an hour talking to people who had no idea what i was talking about. One suggestion was "Have you uninstalled the app and reinstalled" Not one time was there any app mentioned, this is a website issue.
That's certainly not helpful - you were unlucky enough to get people who are, shall we say less well informed. However both issues have been escalated to engineering who hopefully will have the knowledge to get to the bottom of it.
Tried again just then and thought it was going to work. I got a terms agreement pop up after logging in. Click accept and get an error message "
We can't process your request.
Go back to where you were and try again. If the problem continues, contact us.
Click contact us and the loop begins. So frustrating
I'm in exactly the same loop. It's driving me crazy.
I've been having this issue since. 9AM. I'm banging my head against the computer at this point. ðŸ˜
Its been like this for a week now, hopefully the Dev Team works this out.
