How to stop autoplaying of podcast

I have an iphone 7 and whenever I try to open almost anything it starts to play this podcast. I cannot locate where the podcast is coming from. I have deleted several apps that I thought it might be on and it keeps playing. I have turned numerous things off on my phone, shut it off and restarted, gone into the Apple store and the guy there could not figure it out either. Any one else have this same issue? It is not a song, and it shows a webpage as the title. I have closed out all pages in safari and google so it is not still open. HELP this is driving me crazy!!
