If you request a repair for your iPhone where you will be shipping the phone back to Apple, you should receive an empty box to place it in for the shipment.
The box will have a prepaid shipping label included, with instructions on exactly how to proceed.
Not sure if Apple uses the same carrier or not. Most likely, they would. Also, I don't think you can change the shipment method as Apple will prepay the shipping cost to them to the shipper.
Then does not the same courier carry it back?
Can I send the next day?
