Macbook Pro ejecting external disks

My brand new Macbook Pro (top spec 13" 2018) ejects my external disks when left overnight in sleep mode. How can I stop this happening?

See the screenshot - I'm not sure why the error message is shown multiple times.

Disk Not Ejected Properly New MacBook Air w/Ventura 13.4 and external LaCie hard drive for Time Machine. When awakened from sleep 8 or more notifications appear saying: Disk Not Ejected Properly Eject "LaCie" before disconnecting or turning it off. This happens every time whether or not I have ejected the LaCie hard drive. Apple support absolutely no help. They act like they never heard of this issue despite the fact that the forums are full of people with the same issue. This never happened with old MacBook Pro and earlier operating systems. Why hasn't Apple addressed this? Any idea what might be going on?

External hard drives ejecting Hi,I recently purchased the iMac pro have waited so long for the Mac Pro to be updated!! now I notice that when the iMac goes to sleep it ejects all my hard drives, I'm worried that this might cause problems with the drives??does anyone have a solution for this? Ive tried the "energy Saving" put harddrives to sleep option, however the same happened...
