My iPhone won't let me click on certain places on the screen

So about one or two months ago,my sister threw my phone in the toilet without me knowing,when I found out and got it,it was totally blacked out,so my uncle put it in rice before I had to leave to a family members house,when I came back it turned on and was totally fine but I guess the rice didn't do a full job,when I try sending messages or posting,I have to tilt the screen and some apps don't allow that so I'm kinda struggling,any help?
