Not receiving calls on Apple watch when away from Phone

Watch: Apple Watch 3 42 mm GPS+Cellular Space Gray, Watch OS 4.3.2

Phone: iPhone SE Gray 32 GB, OS:11.4.1

Not receiving calls on Apple watch when away from phone after updating watch OS to 4.3.2. I can able to make outgoing calls and send/receive messages. When i was away from phone its just ring the phone and hit the voice mail and i would get the missed call notification on watch.

After having brief chat with Apple rep and performing some steps to resolve the issue with no luck. Apple rep mentioned that they have received reports of this behavior and apple is investigating the issue. They don't have a solution until their software engineers come up with resolution.
