2 iphone same icloud account will cause data backup replacement problem

I have 2 iPhone with 2 mobile number and I my requirement 2 issues as follows:

1. two phone could use same iCloud drive because some apps both phone use same data (e.g pdf expert app, pages)

2. only LINE app(chat app) that I will separate data on each phone because I have 2 line account with work and personal use. Whatsapp maybe the case in the future if I use 2 account (currently use 1 account)

I thought the first issue will not problem because it's likely to be BUT the Problem is second issue I'm afraid LINE app data will be replace by each other? because LINE app only have backup option through iCloud so I could cause problem if it different LINE account ?? OR Whatsapp app will be the same?

I plan to use same Apple ID and same iCloud account but I'm ok to use another Apple ID if it could solve above problem (I had family account). The things that I confuse is iCloud account and iCloud drive for data backup

So, you can't do both 1 and 2.

In order to share iCloud Drive files, you have to be signed into the same Apple/iCloud account on both devices (which you will be, so that will work).

In order to be "signed in" to a different ID for your Line app, you would have to be signed into the device that the app was running on with a different ID. If you are signed in with a different Apple/iCloud ID in order to keep your Line data separate, then you can't share iCloud Drive files because you wouldn't be signed into the same Apple/iCloud account on both devices.

You can share some files between two different Apple/iCloud accounts if you use the "collaboration" feature: About collaboration for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote - Apple Support. You could also email files to your other Apple/iCloud mail account and share them that way.
