My phone says iPhone disabled- connect to iTunes Store. How can I fix this?

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If it's disabled it's already too late for your passcode. Follow these instructions to restore the phone-->If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

After restoring iOS you can reload your most recent backup.
