If your phone is saying connect to iTunes it is probably too late to get your photos off of it. If you did any one of the following your photos are recoverable:

  • Made a recent iTunes backup
  • Enabled daily automatic iCloud backups
  • Enabled iCloud Photo sync
  • Synced your photos to a 3rd party cloud service such as upthere.com, google photos, Shutterfly, Dropbox, Box.com, etc
  • Synced your phone just once in the past to iTunes on your computer.

If you did none of these you will have to restore your phone using iTunes. If you have ever synced your phone to iTunes you may be able to make a backup of the phone before restoring it. See-->If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

No, I did not. This is a user-to-user technical support forum. No one here knows who you are or anything about your account. No one here can disable your phone or your account. If a payment method on your account was invalid and you owned money for a purchase your account would be disabled. Going 40 miles to a an Apple store won’t help resolve the problem. You need to speak to an account specialist for the iTunes & App Store. There is a link in this Apple support article to do just that—>If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support. Using that link is the only way to resolve your issue. And using it will resolve it in 5 minutes or less.

Apple does not do support by email; it’s too easy to spoof. But the link in the above article is secure.

Apple’s formal support can be reached several ways:

Note that both of the above have options to receive a callback or chat

I would suggest that you contact Apple for help at this point as it states at the end of the support article. You can use the link below to contact Apple.
