i lost my phone then found it after buying a new one it shows iphone is disable connect to i tunes

You need to contact Apple support to get your screen replaced. Use the Contact Support link at the top of this screen.
It isn't telling you to connect to iTunes in the cloud. Follow this -> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Yes, it told me to do all the above, and I did. The issue is a digital card failure. My iPhone X is a paper weight now.
