Здравствуйте, активировалась подписка в приложение которую я не могу отменить, приложения уже нет на мое телефоне, но оплату в 7.99$ снять пытается. Ничего не могу скачать с App Store, переходит в окно с верификацией, и пытается снять деньги.

Does the subscription not show : Просмотр, изменение и отмена подписок - Служба поддержки Apple ? If not : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
That shows it as already set to not auto-renew, so you've already cancelled the renewal.
What happens when you try to download something, what message/prompt shows ? Do you owe iTunes money for a previous payment, either for that subscription or something else ?

I cancel the subscription. Open the window of payment method => won’t to take 7.99$.
